What material is the hat made of?
100% brushed cotton.
What colors are available?
There are 12 colors available in this program. (Please go to 'create your hat' on our website and you will be able to view the colors).
Does the hat come in fitted sizes?
No, this hat is manufactured with a Velcro back closure. One size fits all
How much does each hat cost?
For orders between 100 and 199 hats, cost is $7.75 each. For orders over 200 hats, cost is $6.75 each. There is a one-time setup fee of $75 per design.
How many do I have to buy?
Minimum 100 hats of same color and design
How many areas can I embroider?
Two locations are available. First location is front of cap. Second location is right side of bill.
Can I use my mascot on this hat?
Yes you can. You will see on our website that you can upload your logo to us. (Any questions, please call 888-825-9339 for assistance).
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders: 4-6 weeks ship from receipt of order and approved sample.

Do I need a W-9 Form for my school? If so, how do I get it?

FAQ - Performance Apparel
What is my minimum order?
You have to order 12 shirts of the same style and graphic with any combination of sizes.
What kind of shirt is this?
Vapor Apparel is a wicking performance shirt that uses a patented permanent moisture management technology called Intera. This unique technology is part of the fabric, not a topical sprayed on coating that weakens over time. After 20 washes Intera has one of the fastest wicking times in the industry. This shirt works on and off the field.
What is the difference between the Micro and Basic Performance Fabrics?
The Performance Micro is a 5.0 ounce similar to many running or athletic microfiber shirts. The Basic Performance Tee is a 5.9 ounce fabric that provides superior moisture management with the look and feel of cotton.
How many colors can I have in my graphic?
There are no limits on the number of colors in your logo.
What type of logo file do you need?
We prefer a tiff or original eps file. We can also accept a high resolution jpeg image.
What type of printing is being used?
BRAX uses sublimation printing. This is a permanent, fade resistant full color printing technology that permanently becomes part of the fabric. This same technology has been used on cycling jersey’s paintball gear and Indy pit crew jerseys for years. The printing has no “hand” or feel. It will not fade. Bleach will not even fade it.
How does it differ from Screen Printing?
Sublimation does not feel like a coating on top of the shirt like screen printing does. It will not fade. Most importantly sublimation allows the performance features of the fabric to work for the athlete even in the decorated area!
How do I know you will get the logo colors correct?
We send you a logo sign off sample for your approval prior to printing your order. This allows you to ensure color accuracy for your team and staff. After we receive your approval we will make your shirts.
Why can’t I get other colors?
Sublimation printing requires a light colored performance top to effectively deliver color.
How does this product compare to Under Armour?
Many athletic administrators ask how this garment compares to several name brands. Our performance features are equal if not superior to most brand named shirts. These shirts are not snug. We do not offer compression gear at this time. This is a loose fit athletic cut. The main difference is price. Since we do not carry a heavy marketing budget or advertise during the super bowl, out costs are more inline with today’s athletic budget.
How long until my order ships?
You order will ship in less than 3 weeks after approval of your artwork proof.
